Our team at The Childcare Trainers are highly qualified early years specialists with a real passion for training and development.
With over 20 years experience in childcare and adult education gained from working in senior management in early years and for training providers and colleges we've developed a deep understanding of the challenges faced by these sector from funding constraints to recruitment and retention issues, not to mention the struggle to enable staff to actually be able to attend training.
We work on a personal level and our aim is to offer flexibility whilst delivering high level quality support and training.

Internal Quality Assurer
An experienced proactive and solution driven Quality Assurer with over 15 years experience of teaching, assessing, curriculum development and quality assuring qualifications, in Childcare & Education including Childcare Levels 1-5, Teaching Assistant, TAQA/CAVA, Education & Training Levels 3-5. I am also a qualified End Point Assessor (EPA).
